历经数月的特朗普弹劾案，终于迎来了最新结果！

美国时间5日，负责审理美国总统特朗普弹劾案的美国国会参议院，投票否决了针对特朗普的两项弹劾条款。

U.S. President Donald Trump was acquitted on Wednesday afternoon by the Senate after the chamber voted down both articles of impeachment against him that the House approved late last year.

当天下午，美国国会参议院以52票反对、48票赞成的表决结果认定指控特朗普滥用职权的弹劾条款不成立，以53票反对、47票赞成的表决结果认定指控特朗普妨碍国会的弹劾条款不成立。

Senators voted 52 to 48 to reject the first charge of abuse of power, and 53 to 47 against the second charge of obstruction of Congress.



两项投票几乎都按照党派划线。特朗普未被定罪，不会被罢免，弹劾案审理由此结束。而在这个时候，特朗普自然还是要通过推特来发言。

当地时间5日晚，特朗普先是转发了一段有《时代》杂志封面的合成短视频，里面出现了相继出现“Trump 2024”，“Trump 2028”，“Trump 2032”等字样的竞选标识。而且，他还给推文置顶了。



  
此外，特朗普还在另外一条推文中表示，他将在美国时间周四中午发表讲话，来谈谈在“弹劾骗局”中获得的胜利。

Trump, in a tweet after the votes wrapped up, said that he will be making a public statement Thursday noon at the White House to discuss what he calls the nation's "VICTORY on the Impeachment Hoax."

果然，特朗普于美国时间周四出现在白宫发表演讲。他一上来就给这次弹劾事件定调了！

“这是一场庆祝。”特朗普说。
"It's a celebration," Trump said of the event.

He went on to say that "this is what the end result is" and held up a copy of The Washington Post with the headline "Trump acquitted." He joked he was going to take the paper home and frame it.

然后，他把矛头直指佩洛西和弹劾案件相关的民主党Adam Schiff等人。

President Trump attacked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, lead impeachment manager Adam Schiff and other Democrats.

“这些人太邪恶了，Adam Schiff是个邪恶可怕的人，佩洛西也是个可怕的人。她很早之前就想弹劾我了。”

"These people are vicious," Trump said. "Adam Schiff is a vicious, horrible person.Nancy Pelosi is a horrible person. And she wanted to impeach a long time ago."



另一边，美国众议院议长佩洛西则在一份声明中表示，总统特朗普和共和党议员“无法无天”。

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who led the Congress' impeachment drive against Trump, said in a statement that the president and Senate Republicans "have normalized lawlessness."

比起两人的“嘴炮”，其实双方的面对面过招更值得玩味。

据央视新闻报道，在美国时间周二晚，特朗普在国会发表了任内第三份国情咨文，涉及美国经济、边境管控、改革移民制度以及伊朗核问题等诸多内容。现场两个细节引发关关注。

众院议长佩洛西在特朗普开始演讲前向他伸出手，但特朗普似乎忽视了佩洛西的这个动作；



而当特朗普演讲结束，大家起立鼓掌时，特朗普身后的佩洛西当众撕毁了她手中的国情咨文文本。

US President Donald Trump and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi clashed in two stunning moments at Tuesday night's State of the Union address, when Trump appeared to ignore Pelosi's attempt at a handshake and she later ripped up her copy of his speech after he concluded.
 


CNN报道称，目前还不清楚特朗普是否故意无视握手，知情人士也告知CNN，佩洛西怒撕讲稿也并非有意安排，而是被其内容激怒。

It's unclear whether Trump avoided Pelosi's handshake on purpose, and a source close to the House speaker told CNN the decision to tear up the speech wasn't planned but was sparked by her anger at the address.

不过，有视频及图片显示，佩洛西其实在听演讲时，已经做了“预撕”准备：她在桌子下面搞了小动作，而且在桌子后面的镜头可以看到，讲稿的侧面已经被撕开了一个口子。
 




佩洛西并没有进一步回应。

CNN在报道中说，这两个小动作无疑显示出特朗普和佩洛西之间的恶化的关系，两人已经数月没有沟通交流。而在华盛顿，历时5个月的弹劾风云以及即将到来的2020美国大选，则让两党间的敌意加深了。

The moments were unmistakable signs of the deteriorating relationship between the two leaders, who hadn't communicated with each other in months, as well as the increasing partisan rancor in Washington following the five-month impeachment saga and the upcoming 2020 presidential election.
