自8月15日塔利班占领阿富汗首都喀布尔后，这几天，喀布尔城内正逐渐恢复平静，相比之下，喀布尔国际机场仍是一片混乱。 

Compared with the gradual restoration of calm inside Afghan capital city Kabul, chaotic scenes continued to emerge outside Kabul's airport since the Taliban seized the capital on Aug. 15.

央视新闻援引阿富汗当地媒体报道称，当地时间20日晚，阿富汗喀布尔国际机场外仍是一片混乱，不时响起枪声。连日来大批曾为美国和北约工作的阿富汗人在机场外面聚集，他们希望搭上美军组织人员撤离的飞机，然而却未能如愿。

据美国《新闻周刊》20日报道，在阿富汗喀布尔机场外，一名阿富汗父亲向记者愤怒控诉美德士兵在疏散本国公民时，粗暴对待自己和1岁的孩子，“美国士兵连推带踹把我赶了出去，我去找德国士兵，他们用棍子打我，还朝我们开枪......”

“我的孩子只有1岁……他们还在这里向我们发射催泪瓦斯，所有人都泪流不止。你看到那些孩子了吗？他们也就一岁大，怎么可以朝他们发射呢？”

A distressed Afghan man said that tear gas was launched at him and his one-year-old by American and German soldiers who were trying to evacuate their citizens from the country at Kabul Airport.

“I went to the Americans. They pushed me out. They kicked me out. I went to the Germans. They beat me out with the sticks,” he said, “My kid is a one-year-old kid. They fired at us with the (tear) gas. Everyone was crying, right here, like an hour ago… You see the kids? They are like one-year old. How could you do that?”

据路透社报道，英国国防部称，上周六有7名阿富汗平民在喀布尔机场外的混乱中死亡。

Seven people have died last Saturday in the crowds at Kabul airport amid frantic scenes of people rushing to leave Afghanistan, Britain’s Ministry of Defence has said.

塔利班方面则在当天表示，塔利班对喀布尔机场的混乱不负有责任。塔利班一发言人表示，西方国家应该采取更好的措施来帮助其人员离开。

Meanwhile, a Taliban official told Reuters news agency the chaos at the airport was not the responsibility of the group, saying “the West could have had a better plan to evacuate”.

有北约官员22日透露，自15日以来，过去一周在喀布尔机场内或机场周边已有20人死亡。

At least 20 people have died in the past seven days in and around the Kabul airport during the evacuation effort after the Taliban took over the Afghan capital last week, a NATO official said on Sunday.
