湖北省武汉市病毒性肺炎疫情的病原体初步判定是一种新型病毒，截至5日该市共接到59例病毒性肺炎病例报告。据央视新闻8日报道，评估专家组在实验中发现一种新型冠状病毒，通过分析从病例中采集的样本，共检出新型冠状病毒阳性结果15例。冠状病毒会引起呼吸道和肠道疾病。

A new virus has caused the pneumonia outbreak in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province, which resulted in 59 reported cases in the city as of Sunday, an initial evaluation showed. An expert team found a new coronavirus at a lab after analyzing samples collected from the cases, and 15 of them tested positive for the virus, China Central Television reported on Thursday. The coronavirus can cause respiratory and intestinal diseases.

1月2日，《最高人民法院关于在执行工作中进一步强化善意文明执行理念的意见》（以下简称《意见》）发布。《意见》提出，全日制在校生因“校园贷”纠纷成为被执行人的，一般不得对其采取纳入失信名单或限制消费措施。最高法审判委员会委员、执行局局长孟祥表示，《意见》旨在指导法官在处理这类案件时更加人性化。

Full-time students at school, who lose their credit because of falling into illegal campus loans, will be exempt from being listed on credit blacklists or restricted from purchasing certain products and services, China's top court said on Thursday. The requirement was written into a guideline issued by the Supreme People's Court with the aim of guiding judges dealing with cases of noncompliance with court rulings and ensuring disputes are resolved more humanely, Meng Xiang, the head of the top court's enforcement bureau, said.
