随着新学期开学延后，各地的学生、家长和老师们纷纷涌入在线课堂，各大app也做好了面对网络教学的挑战（戳这里回顾）。然而就在此时，阿里巴巴旗下的移动办公app钉钉，却熬不住了！
 

疫情期间，原为中国白领设计的远程办公app钉钉也成为了中小学生在线教育的平台。据钉钉介绍，现在全国有大约2万所学校、超过1200万名学生正在使用该app学习在线课程。上周一，由于需求量猛增，钉钉一度出现问题，当日中午才恢复正常。

Alibaba Group’s communication app DingTalk, originally designed for China’s white collar workers, adapted to the virus outbreak by offering the service to help educate primary and middle school teenagers. The company said that more than 12 million students from around 20,000 schools across China are now taking online courses via DingTalk. A sudden surge in demand last Monday even triggered a temporary disruption of the software, whose service was restored to its full by noon.



不过，就像上图显示的那样，尽管用户激增，但是钉钉的评分却一路下跌。

上周日，钉钉在苹果商店的评分只有2.5分；而在此之前，评分还出现过1.3分的超低分。

Last Sunday, in the Apple store for Chinese mainland users, the average rating for DingTalk was 2.5 stars out of 5. Days before that, its rating dropped to as low as 1.3. 



原因出人意料：小学生们来了。

The primary reason was unexpected: Pupils.

有观点，学生们本有机会“享受”延长的寒假，但是现在却不能如意了。诸如钉钉和腾讯会议等用于课堂直播的app，就躺枪了。

For some pupils, they could have enjoyed an extended holiday but have now narrowly missed that. Both DingTalk and Tencent Meeting are among the apps used in live-streaming classes and that's why they got the low ratings.

比如在钉钉的评分区，大量的低分评价完成屠版：



"Thank you, DingTalk, you made me see the teacher on holiday again," was one comment, along with a 1-star rating.


 
各种留言如同段子一般涌现，但这实实在在的一星却给了钉钉暴击。




"I give it five stars' rating. Here is the first of the five," is another.
  
除此之外，Bilibili等平台上还有各种拿钉钉开涮的 视频。有些作品还建议大家给钉钉刷个五星好评，分五次还清……



2月14日，钉钉终于“撑不住了”！当天，钉钉官方微博账号发出表情包一张，求饶之情溢于言表：

 
两天后，钉钉通过B站账号再次推送视频，主题依然是：少侠，我求求你们了！



截至18日下午4时，钉钉的评分还是没有上去（2.6分），不过有评论已经呼吁不要恶意刷差评：

此前，教育部等部门于2月12日发布《关于中小学延期开学期间“停课不停学”有关工作安排的通知》（以下简称《通知》），对“停课不停学”工作提出明确意见。《通知》提出，确保不增加学生负担。要注重疫情防护知识普及，加强生命教育、公共安全教育和心理健康教育等。

Schools should not add an unnecessary academic burden on primary and secondary students through online classes, the Ministry of Education said last Wednesday. Online courses should be related to infection prevention, psychological health and educational activities and content.

《通知》中还强调，特别要防止各地各校不顾条件都组织教师录课，增加教师不必要的负担。

Schools should make good use of existing online teaching materials, rather than putting extra workload on teachers and asking them to record online classes.



2月17日，教育部有关负责人表示，国家中小学网络云平台今日正式开通，为全国近1.8亿中小学生免费提供在家上课服务。据悉该平台提供防疫教育、品德教育、专题教育、课程学习、电子教材及影视教育等6大模块的学习资源。
