疫情期间，各地政府部门采用了多种数字化健康证明措施。健康证明可以反映居民的健康状况和旅行记录，辅助疫情防控。今年2月11日，杭州成为首个向居民发放健康码的城市。3月初，北京也推出了检测健康状况的小程序。

During the COVID-19 pandemic, several kinds of digital health certificates have been implemented by local governments in China. The certificates display residents’ health status and travel records as part of an effort to manage the outbreak. On Feb 11, Hangzhou became the first city to grant residents a colored health QR code. In early March, Beijing also rolled out its health-checking mini-program.
