中国国家主席习近平11日签署主席令，根据十三届全国人大常委会第二十一次会议11日下午表决通过的全国人大常委会关于授予在抗击新冠肺炎疫情斗争中作出杰出贡献的人士国家勋章和国家荣誉称号的决定，授予钟南山“共和国勋章”，授予张伯礼、张定宇、陈薇（女）“人民英雄”国家荣誉称号。

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday signed a presidential order awarding four persons the national medal and honorary title for their outstanding contribution to fighting the COVID-19 epidemic. Xi's presidential order came after the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress voted at the 21st session to adopt a decision to confer the national medal and honorary title on the four renowned specialists. The Medal of the Republic was conferred on renowned respiratory disease expert Zhong Nanshan. The national honorary title, "the People's Hero," was conferred on Zhang Boli, Zhang Dingyu and Chen Wei, all of whom played an important role in the fight against COVID-19.
