得知自己新冠检测阳性怎么办？近日，一位国外前奥运奖牌选手做出了最差劲的示范：跑路！这一举动已经涉嫌违反当地法律。

据《以色列时报》网站援引希伯来语媒体报道，上周，奥地利前奥运会游泳奖牌获得者马库斯•罗根，在新冠检测呈阳性后偷偷离开了以色列。



现年38岁的罗根住在洛杉矶，在2004年奥运会上，他曾为奥地利赢得两枚银牌。2019年3月，罗根受雇于以色列足球队，开始担任运动表现心理学教练。报道指出，罗根此举已经违法，也让他丢了工作。

A US-based former Olympic swimming medalist secretly escaped Israel last week after testing positive for COVID-19, breaking the law and resulting in his immediate dismissal from his post as performance psychology coach for the Jewish state’s national soccer team, Hebrew-language media reported Sunday. Markus Rogan, 38, an Austrian national who won two silver medals in the 2004 Olympics and who today lives in Los Angeles, was hired by Israel’s soccer team in March 2019.

He tested positive for the coronavirus along with a player for the national squad after a 2-1 loss to the Czech Republic on October 11 in Haifa. “He lay down on the backseat on the bus back to Caesarea and looked worn out,” an unnamed official in the Israel Football Association (IFA) said.

After Rogan received a positive test result on Monday afternoon last week, he was ordered to quarantine in his hotel room in Caesarea.

However, he reportedly told IFA officials that he has family in Israel and asked to stay with them during his quarantine. The officials agreed and ordered a special ambulance for the following day to transfer him to the relatives’ home. When the ambulance crew arrived at the hotel room on Tuesday, they couldn’t find him. They alerted the national squad’s medical team, which was on a plane, waiting to take off for Slovakia to play against the local national team.

医疗团队了解到，罗根本来计划于周四经德国回到美国洛杉矶的家里。但是，当他得知新冠检测结果后，就立刻更改计划，预定了周一晚间的航班，而且没有通知足协和国家队，甚至包括当时举荐罗根任职的以色列队主帅、他的奥地利同胞威利•罗滕斯泰纳。

The team reportedly learned that while Rogan had been originally scheduled to return to his home in Los Angeles via Germany the following Thursday, he changed his plans as soon as he tested positive and booked a flight for Monday night without informing anyone from the IFA or the team, including Coach Willy Rottensteiner, a fellow Austrian national who had originally recommended Rogan for the post.

Rogan secretly left the hotel that night, violating government regulations that prohibit confirmed COVID-19 patients from breaking quarantine, and went to Ben Gurion Airport. He presented a negative coronavirus test from 72 hours earlier, rather than the more recent positive result, the report said.

结果，从上周二开始，足协和主教练就一直没能和罗根取得联系。球队也和国家卫生部门以及国际机构取得了联系。不过，在联系的过程中，罗根已经在德国落地，并且很可能已经登上了前往美国的航班。

The IFA and Rottensteiner have not been able to contact Rogan since Tuesday. The team informed the Health Ministry and international authorities that he was flying after testing positive, but by the time the information was handed over he had already landed in Germany and presumably boarded a flight to the US.

The players for the national team reportedly only found out about Rogan’s departure through media reports.“The person who is supposed to prepare us mentally has done something embarrassing,” an unnamed player said， “How does someone who has tested positive for the coronavirus have the audacity to go on two flights and be at airports? What if he has caused harm to someone?”

足协官员则表示，罗根将不再为国家队工作。另有官员表示，罗根对以色列足球形象造成了“严重损害”。

He will not continue working for the team, IFA officials were cited. “He has done insane damage to the image of Israeli soccer,” another was quoted.

无独有偶，最近国际网坛也出现了类似的逃跑情况。

美国选手萨姆•奎雷伊在参加圣彼得堡公开赛时新冠检测呈阳性，不过在两天后，他就乘坐私人飞机离开俄罗斯，没有接受隔离措施。

American Sam Querrey left Russia two days after testing positive for coronavirus at the St Petersburg Open, say tournament organisers. Querrey, 33, left the country on a private jet instead of quarantining.



 
据BBC报道，奎雷伊和妻子在比赛前的10月7日检测结果为阴性，但是4天后的再次检测为阳性。

Querrey and his wife passed their initial coronavirus test upon arrival at the tournament on 7 October, but tested positive four days later.

据《卫报》报道，当医生上门为奎雷伊检查时，他称孩子正在睡觉而没有开门。在第二天安排的检测人员到来前，奎雷伊已经和家人离开。

In a statement, the tournament said Querrey did not open the door to doctors who came to examine the family, saying his baby son was sleeping, and the family then left the hotel before a second scheduled examination the next day.

根据职业网球联合会（ATP）的规定，严重违反新冠卫生和安全协议的行为可能导致最高10万美元罚款和长达3年的禁赛。

The ATP’s code of conduct indicates Querrey could be fined up to $100,000 and be suspended from the tour for up to three years if the breach of the health and safety protocols is deemed as “serious offence”.
