针对老年人面临的“数字鸿沟”问题，11月24日，国务院办公厅公布《关于切实解决老年人运用智能技术困难的实施方案》。《实施方案》聚焦老年人日常生活涉及的出行、就医、消费、文娱、办事等7类高频事项和服务场景，提出了20条具体举措要求。同时，坚持传统服务方式与智能化服务创新并行。

On Nov 24, a plan was issued by the General Office of the State Council, aiming to help the elderly solve problems in using smart technologies and narrow the digital divide. Seven types of services and scenarios such as daily traveling, medical treatment and civic service are going to be improved. China will reserve the traditional way of services, as well.

马上学：Digital divide也可以用digital gap来表示，指在全球数字化进程 (global digitalization) 中，不同地区、行业等之间，由于对信息、网络技术的拥有、应用程度及创新能力的差别，造成的信息落差。
