据新华社24日报道，孙杨瑞士律师团队已收到瑞士联邦最高法院判决结果，其判决结果为撤销国际体育仲裁法庭（CAS）此前涉及孙杨的裁决。

The Swiss Federal Tribunal (SFT) has overturned the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS)'s ruling on Chinese swimmer Sun Yang, who has been banned for eight years for doping violations, sources said on Thursday.

今年2月，国际体育仲裁法庭宣布了对孙杨禁赛8年的决定，认为孙杨在2018年9月拒绝配合兴奋剂检测，推翻了此前国际泳联（FINA）对于孙杨做出的“无违反兴奋剂规定的裁决”，随后孙杨向瑞士联邦最高法院提起上诉。

Sun was slapped with an eight-year ban in February after the Court of Arbitration for Sport upheld an appeal by World Anti-Doping Agency, ruling that the 29-year-old had refused to cooperate with drug sample collectors during a controversial drugs test in his home in September 2018, even though the International Swimming Federation (FINA) decided that Sun was not guilty of anti-doping violations. Sun then turned to the SFT, his last court of appeal.

世界反兴奋剂机构已获悉瑞士联邦法庭决定支持中国游泳运动员孙杨改判申请，并暂时撤销2020年2月28日的禁赛裁决。瑞士联邦法庭对国际体育仲裁法庭的主审法官提出质疑，但对本案的实质内容不作任何评论。

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has been informed of the decision of the Swiss Federal Tribunal to uphold the revision application filed by Chinese swimmer Sun Yang and to set aside the 28 February 2020 award of a Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) Panel. The Swiss Federal Tribunal’s decision upholds a challenge against the Chair of the CAS Panel and makes no comment on the substance of this case.

在国际体育仲裁法庭裁决中，世界反兴奋剂机构明显占据上风，能够证明国际泳联最初裁决的许多方面在《世界反兴奋剂规则》和相关的检测标准下均不正确。在案件回到国际体育仲裁法庭由其他主席主持的仲裁小组后，世界反兴奋剂机构将继续陈述其立场。

In the CAS award, WADA clearly prevailed on the substance of the case as it was able to show that there were a number of aspects of the original FINA decision that were incorrect under the World Anti-Doping Code and the related International Standard for Testing and Investigations. WADA will take steps to present its case robustly again when the matter returns to the CAS Panel, which will be chaired by a different president.　　

在此阶段，世界反兴奋剂机构尚未收到法庭裁决细节，因此无法进一步发表评论。

At this stage, WADA has not received the Tribunal’s full reasoned decision and therefore cannot comment further.

24日世界反兴奋剂机构副主席杨扬在接受央视记者专访表示，下一步该案件会回到国际体育仲裁法庭，孙杨案将由新仲裁小组审理。

面对目前情况，孙杨是否能参加奥运会引发关注。CGTN报道认为，孙杨可能有机会参加东京奥运会。

Now that the SFT has upheld Sun's appeal against the doping ban, there is a glimmer of hope that Sun could clear his name and continue his winning run at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

另据澎湃新闻报道，孙杨可能将于明年2月再次参加听证会。如果8年禁赛期不是完全撤销而是有所缩短，那么孙杨会错过东京奥运会，但是有望参加巴黎奥运会。
