美国国会众议院当地时间13日表决通过针对总统特朗普的弹劾条款，指控他“煽动叛乱”。特朗普成为美国历史上第一位两度遭到弹劾的总统。美国会众议院当天下午举行全院表决，并以232票赞成、197票反对的结果通过弹劾条款。所有民主党众议员和10名共和党众议员投票支持弹劾条款。（戳这里回顾）

The U.S. House on Wednesday voted to impeach President Donald Trump over "incitement of insurrection," making him the first president to be impeached twice. The final vote on Wednesday was 232 in favor and 197 against. While the number of Democrats sponsoring the impeachment article indicated there had already been enough votes to impeach the president in the days leading up to the floor vote, 10 Republicans cast the "yea" vote.
