当地时间20日，美国当选总统、民主党人拜登在首都华盛顿宣誓就任美国第46任总统。就职典礼后，拜登当天下午在白宫椭圆形办公室签署行政令，美国将重新加入《巴黎协定》。此前，特朗普政府决定退出该协定。（戳这里回顾）

U.S. President-elect Joe Biden was sworn in as the 46th President of the United States on Wednesday.  Hours after his inauguration, Biden signed in the Oval Office an executive order that returns his country back to the Paris Agreement on climate change, reversing his predecessor Donald Trump's decision to abandon the deal.
