1月26日，民航局下发通知，明确自1月27日0时起，购买1月28日-3月8日春节期间机票的旅客，均可办理免费退票或至少办理一次改期。此举旨在减少人员流动，以应对春节期间新冠肺炎疫情。

Passengers in China with flight bookings scheduled between Jan. 28 and March 8 are able to request full refunds or reschedule their flights free of charge, the Civil Aviation Administration of China said on Tuesday. The move aims to cut the movement of people in order to fight COVID-19 during China's Spring Festival holiday, which falls on Feb. 12 this year.
