据英国《星期日泰晤士报》2月6日报道，美国前总统特朗普的高级顾问米勒在接受采访时表示，其推特帐号被封后，特朗普很享受现在的生活！



米勒称，（前）总统说他现在比以往任何时候都要开心。

“The president has said he feels happier now than he’s been in some time,” said former Trump campaign strategist Jason Miller in an interview with the UK’s Sunday Times.

上个月，美国国会山发生骚乱后，推特、脸书等社交媒体平台封禁了特朗普的账号。

Trump was banned from Twitter, Facebook and other social-media platforms after the siege on the US Capitol last month.

“他说，自从不上社交媒体后，也就远离了上面那些仇恨的声音，实际上挺不错的。”

“He’s said that not being on social media, and not being subject to the hateful echo chamber that social media too frequently becomes, has actually been good,” Miller told the outlet.

1月20日，拜登宣誓就任美国总统的同一天，特朗普乘机离开白宫，当时米勒与其同行。

“That’s something the First Lady [Melania] has backed up as well. She has said she loves it, that he’s much happier and is enjoying himself much more,” the ex-aide said.

米勒还说，特朗普同时也甩掉了当总统时的那些压力。离开白宫后，“这是多年以来我第一次看到（前）总统真正得到放松。”

Trump has also benefitted from no longer being under the pressures of the highest office, Miller said. Since Trump left the White House, it’s been “the first time in years that I saw the president truly relaxed,” Miller told the paper.

不过，《商业内幕》网站的报道指出，米勒此番采访中“岁月静好”的描述，与其他媒体报道的特朗普卸任后画风不同。

After leaving office, Miller's picture of Trump's mood is contradicted by other reports coming out of the president's post-presidency home in Mar-a-Lago, Florida. 



据美国新闻网站《每日野兽》援引消息人士，特朗普对于被推特封杀十分沮丧，他自己写了点“咒骂”的话，然后希望助手们用自己的账号发出去。

One source close to the president told The Daily Beast last week that the former president is so frustrated by being banned from Twitter that he is writing out insults and tweets and trying to get aides to send them.

此外，米勒还坚信，特朗普“可能想要”参加2024美国大选。谈起特朗普的弹劾案，米勒说道，“特朗普不会被定罪，所以他完全没有压力。”

Miller said that he believes his former boss "would like to" run for the presidency again in 2024. “He is going to be acquitted,” Miller said, “There is no real scenario in which he is going to be convicted, so the pressure is completely off.”
