车主站车顶维权!说完“不妥协”的特斯拉,昨晚道歉了

在前几天引发轩然大波的车主维权事件后,特斯拉终于道歉。

20日晚间,特斯拉在官方微博上发文,称“我们就未能及时解决车主的问题深表歉意。”

“基于此次经历,我们会努力吸取教训,认真总结,在配合政府各相关部门调查的情况下,同时开展严格自查自纠,对自身不合理的、不符合服务准则的问题和服务流程进行梳理并整改,努力做到立查立改、即查即改,做到尊重消费者,尊重市场。”



“特斯拉刹车失灵”

4月19日的上海车展上,两名女子在特斯拉展台“抗议”,目击者称二人情绪激动,认为已购买的车辆有质量问题。其中一名女子站上一辆特斯拉展车车顶,高喊“刹车失灵”,随后被安保人员拉下。

Two women protested at the Tesla booth at the Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition on Monday, and eyewitnesses claimed they aired grievances about poor quality of their bought Tesla cars. One woman stepped onto a model Tesla vehicle on site, and shouted "Tesla brake's failure." 


 
据报道,车展开始不久后即发生上述事件,现场两名女子均身穿印有“刹车失灵”字样和特斯拉logo的上衣。其中在车顶喊口号的女子之后被展会保安带离现场。有媒体报道称,特斯拉展台随后被隔离带分开,另有10余名安保人员保护现场。

The incident happened shortly after the Shanghai auto fair was launched on Monday. Both women were wearing white T-shirts printed with words "Tesla brake failure", along with a Tesla logo. And, the woman who stood on top of one of the exhibited model, shouted "Tesla brake failed me" repeatedly, before she was taken away from the exhibition by guards. Tesla booth was later cordoned off, and was protected by about 10 guards, according to media reports.

特斯拉19日下午回应称,关于当天在车展现场发生的车主非理性行为,该公司了解到当事人为此前2月发生的河南安阳超速违章事故车主。特斯拉同时称,此前,该车主曾因超速违章发生碰撞事故,以产品质量为由坚持要求退车。“近两月以来特斯拉始终保持与车主积极协商,表示愿意协助完成维修和保险理赔事宜,同时提出多种解决方案,但遭到车主强烈拒绝,且不接受任何形式的第三方检测。“未来我们还将继续紧密沟通,帮助车主尽快恢复正常用车生活。”


 
特斯拉高管:我们没有办法妥协

当天下午2点,特斯拉公司副总裁陶琳在展台接受了《财经汽车》的采访,期间陶琳表示,“近期的负面都是她(车主)贡献的”、“我们没有办法妥协,就是一个新产品发展必经的一个过程”、“我们自己的调研显示,90%的客户都愿意再次选择特斯拉”。

In an afternoon media interview on Monday, a Tesla executive told reporters that "this consumer has contributed almost all negative news toward the company of late," and "an internal survey showed 90 percent of Tesla owners would be willing to buy another Tesla."

此外,陶琳还还表示该车主“很专业,背后应该有(人)的”。

The executive said the woman refused to send the car for a test and believed that "she is kind of a professional and probably had some force behind her."

新华每日电讯:不妥协的底气何在?

对于特斯拉副总的回应,新华每日电讯评论指出,虽然站在车顶维权的方式有些过激,是否真的“曾因超速违章发生碰撞事故,而后以产品质量为由坚持要求退车”也有待调查,但很多人感到意外的是,从特斯拉高层的最新回应中,几乎感受不到解决问题的诚意,反倒是“国际知名品牌”毫不掩饰的傲慢。特斯拉高管傲慢回应,谁给了特斯拉“不妥协”的底气?如此回应,几乎让人感受不到解决问题的诚意。

“如果车企不能提供质量过硬的产品和良好的售后服务,不能保障消费者安全行驶,甚至恶意猜测维权者的动机,可能会砸了自己的招牌。”

Xinhua News Agency ran a commentary criticizing Tesla's noncompromising stance, and suggested if a car company could not guarantee safe drive experience for its clients, and even maliciously speculating a consumer's motivation in such action, it could tarnish a company's brand image in the end.  

              

在当天晚间,特斯拉官方微博再度发布回应称,听到很多中肯的意见和批评,特斯拉将诚恳接受。但其同时表示,对不合理诉求不妥协。

The company said  "it acknowledges sensible criticism" but at the same time that "it will not compromise to unreasonable claims."

             

特斯拉对于维权事件的这一回复态度并没能令人满意,不少网友解读其“傲慢自大”。

Tesla's response over a high-profile consumer complaint on late Monday has been ill received by some Chinese netizens, with many calling the company's response as "cocky."

有网友认为特斯拉事件不是个案,也有网友呼吁品牌应该公开事故数据,还有的网友呼吁第三方权威机构介入,以便澄清事实。

Netizens tend to focus on the company's quality problems exposed in China and believed that Tesla may believe it is in a position of strength in face of a lone consumer filing compliant. Some netizens are demanding Tesla reveal data at the time of each claimed brake failure incident to the public. There are also netizens who state that the car should be subject to testing by a third party to clear up the matter. 


 
警方提示:合法合理途径维权

20日早7时,上海市公安局官方微博@警民直通车-上海发布通报,其中爬上车顶的张某被处以行政拘留5日,另一人李某被处以行政警告。此外,警方提示,消费者应通过合法合理途径,表达诉求维护权益,切勿采取过激行为。

The woman is now under police detention for five days.


 
两小时后,有自称特斯拉维权车主的网友@安保佳发布微博,还原了现场情况。并表示“用了错误的方式,造成的社会秩序混乱,不好的影响,诚挚的给国家会展中心安保部门道歉,给在场所有人员道歉,应该用合理合法的手段进行维权。”



该网友还表示,看到了特斯拉高层的回应,车主们也“决不妥协”。
 


今年2月,市场监管总局与中央网信办、工业和信息化部、交通运输部以及应急管理部消防救援局,就消费者反映的异常加速、电池起火、车辆远程升级(OTA)等问题共同约谈了特斯拉汽车(北京)有限公司、特斯拉(上海)有限公司,要求其严格遵守中国法律法规,加强内部管理,落实企业质量安全主体责任,有效维护社会公共安全,切实保护消费者合法权益。

In February, China's top market regulator summoned Tesla for a talk over recent rising consumer complaints, including unexpected accelerations, battery fires and abnormal over-the-air (OTA) upgrades. The regulator called the US' premium electric car maker to abide by Chinese laws and rules and uphold consumers' legitimate rights and interests.
