近日，#湖北一入境航班发现22例确诊#的话题成为微博热搜。
 


据湖北省卫健委7日发布的消息：2021年7月6日0—24时，全省新增新冠肺炎确诊病例25例（均为境外输入，2例来自6月28日印度尼西亚雅加达—武汉JT2619航班，22例来自7月2日阿富汗—武汉MF8008航班，1例来自7月5日印度尼西亚雅加达—武汉JT2619航班，均已转至定点医疗机构救治），新增疑似病例0例，新增出院病例0例，新增死亡病例0例。



其中，7月2日阿富汗—武汉MF8008航班的22例确诊病例引发关注。根据湖北卫健委8日发布的通告，还有尚在集中隔离医学观察的无症状感染者30例，同样来自该航班。



Fifty-two cases involved passengers arriving in Wuhan from Afghanistan on flight MF8008 on July 2. Twenty-two had confirmed cases and 30 had asymptomatic cases, the Hubei Provincial Health Commission said in a statement on Wednesday.
 
Local authorities are strictly following anti-pandemic regulations, isolating and observing the personnel involved and treating the patients, the Foreign Ministry's Department of Consular Affairs said on its social media account.

同一航班中，出现数十个确诊病例和无症状感染者，有网友担心境外输入病例会导致防疫压力。
   




7日上午，外交部领事保护中心官方微博@领事直通车 发布微博：鉴于阿富汗国内安全形势复杂严峻，为确保在阿中国公民安全，中国政府已提醒在阿中国公民尽早离境并提供必要协助。近期，自阿紧急回国人员中检测发现有确诊病例和无症状感染者。有关地方正严格按照防疫规定，对相关人员进行隔离观察，并对患者进行治疗。对于个别自愿留阿的中国公民，中国驻阿富汗使馆已协助有需要人员接种新冠疫苗，并将在职责范围内继续提供必要协助。


 
According to information released by Chinese Foreign Ministry on Wednesday via Sina Weibo, some people who recently returned from Afghanistan have been diagnosed with COVID-19 confirmed cases and asymptomatic cases.  The foreign ministry also said on Wednesday that these returned Chinese are under quarantine and receiving medical treatment, but did not reveal if they are now in Wuhan. 

For some Chinese citizens who volunteered to stay in Afghanistan, the Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan has assisted them to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, and will continue to provide necessary assistance, the ministry said.

Many netizens have speculated whether the returnees are a part of an evacuation plan by the Chinese government. 


 
文章写道：7月2日，厦航MF8008临时航班前往阿富汗喀布尔接回我国滞留在当地的210名企业人员和公民。厦航严格按照有关要求，护送这些同胞们回到祖国的怀抱。顺利完成此次任务，厦航感到无比光荣，并感谢大众的关注和理解。

Strict epidemic prevention measures were taken when 210 Chinese people who had been stranded in Afghanistan returned to China on a Xiamen Airlines flight on July 2, the carrier said.

One day before the scheduled takeoff, the airline learned that a group of about 70 passengers in a neighboring area of Kabul had failed to arrive in Kabul on time because of the city's complicated security situation. After discussion, it decided to delay the flight to July 2 so that every Chinese person could return home. The flight also waited for about an hour for the last passenger.

此次任务，厦航制定了完善的保障方案，在人员防护、餐食保障、地面保障等方方面面采取顶格防疫措施，确保旅客安全。返程为高风险航班，厦航对执行任务飞机的工作清洁区、工作缓冲区、旅客乘坐区和隔离区这4个区域间实施物理隔离，还在航班落地前30分钟联系武汉机场塔台，告知机上情况，严格控制潜在疫情风险。飞机在武汉及厦门完成两次终末消毒，确保运输任务顺利完成。
  
Since it was a high-risk flight, the airline took physical isolation measures related to cleaning, passenger seating and quarantine areas. It informed Wuhan Tianhe International Airport 30 minutes before landing that the airport should take steps to minimize risks. The airplane itself was thoroughly disinfected.
