The heavily mutated Omicron coronavirus variant is likely to spread internationally and poses a very high risk of infection surges that could have "severe consequences" in some places, the World Health Organization (WHO) said on Monday. 多国报告奥密克戎病例

继26日比利时报告欧洲首例“奥密克戎毒株”的感染病例后，27日，英国、德国、意大利又相继确诊“奥密克戎变异毒株”感染病例，荷兰、捷克也报告发现相关疑似病例。严防“新冠病毒变异毒株奥密克戎”的扩散成为全球防疫新目标。

欧洲多国报告发现奥密克戎病例，欧盟委员会主席称，奥密克戎让的出现，让全世界开始“和时间赛跑”。
 


德国巴伐利亚州27日报告确诊两例奥密克戎毒株感染病例，患者24日从慕尼黑机场入境。当地要求，过去14天内到过南非的人立即上报、接受核酸检测、减少与他人接触。此外，法兰克福机场所在的黑森州27日报告一名从南非返德的旅客疑似感染奥密克戎毒株。

The health ministry in the German state of Bavaria also announced two confirmed cases of the variant. The two people entered Germany at Munich airport on November 24, before Germany designated South Africa as a virus-variant area, and were now isolating, said the ministry, indicating without stating explicitly that the people had traveled from South Africa.

意大利米兰的一家实验室27日确诊一例奥密克戎毒株感染病例，患者家住意大利南部坎帕尼亚大区的那不勒斯，11日从非洲国家莫桑比克旅行归来。

In Italy, the National Health Institute said a case of the new variant had been detected in Milan in a person coming from Mozambique.

荷兰卫生部27日宣布，26日从南非约翰内斯堡飞抵阿姆斯特丹的两个航班上共计61名乘客新冠病毒检测呈阳性，正在分析病毒样本。

The Dutch public health institute said the variant was "probably found in a number of the tested persons" who were isolated after arriving in Amsterdam on two flights from South Africa on Friday.

捷克27日报告一例疑似感染奥密克戎毒株的病例，该病例此前曾去过非洲国家纳米比亚。

The Czech Republic is also examining a suspected case of the Omicron variant detected in a person who spent time in Namibia, the National Institute of Public Health said Saturday.

日本以色列暂停入境

当地时间11月29日，日本首相岸田文雄宣布，受新冠病毒奥密克戎变异毒株的影响，从30日零时起暂停所有国家和地区外国人新的入境。

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said on Monday that the government will ban the entry of all foreign nationals in principle from Tuesday amid concerns over the new Omicron variant of COVID-19.



岸田文雄在接受日媒采访时表示，相关决定旨在避免最糟糕的情况发生，“暂停外国人入境”的措施将持续到有关奥密克戎的信息更加明确为止。日本已经禁止了来自包括南非在内的九个非洲国家的旅客入境。 

Kishida told local media that the decision was made to avoid the worst-case scenario, adding that "It is a temporary measure until information about the Omicron variant becomes clear." Japan has already suspended the exemption for people who have recently been to any of nine African countries including Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe

此前，以色列政府已经在周六晚间决定，禁止外国人入境该国，以严防奥密克戎的传播。以色列由此成为奥密克戎毒株出现以来，全球首个完全向外国人关闭边界的国家。

11月26日，以色列发现首例奥密克戎感染者和2名疑似病例后，11月27日便把50个非洲中、南部国家纳入“红色”区域，禁止名单内国家旅客入境。

On Saturday night, the Israeli government decided to ban the entry of foreign nationals into the country in an attempt to stop the spread of the new variant. The announcement came after a late-night cabinet meeting that discussed reinstatement of restrictions against the pandemic. Israel on Sunday approved controversial technology for tracing people who might have been contracted coronavirus in an effort to prevent the spread of a new Omicron variant. Meanwhile, Israeli citizens arriving from abroad would have to enter quarantine, said the Prime Minister's Office.

目前，至少有44个国家和地区对一些发现过病例的非洲国家开启了旅游禁令。

At least 44 countries and regions have imposed travel restrictions from several African countries.

除针实施旅行禁令，不少国家还重新收紧国内防疫措施，恢复室内场所戴口罩、商店缩短营业时间等规定。

英国：口罩令重新恢复

英国卫生大臣赛义德•贾维德表示，从30日起，英国英格兰地区民众在商店内和搭乘公共交通工具时必须戴口罩。

Face masks will be compulsory in shops and on public transport in England from Tuesday in response to the new Omicron variant.

据新华社报道，英国政府曾于7月解除英格兰地区的口罩令，而苏格兰、威尔士和北爱尔兰地区政府保留了公交系统和大部分室内场所强制戴口罩的规定。

In Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, face coverings are already mandatory on public transport and many indoor areas.

英国前一天宣布确认境内发现两例奥密克戎毒株感染病例，两人之间有关联，而且近期均有南部非洲旅行史。

Officials said the cases were linked and connected to travel in southern Africa, where the new variant was first identified.

尽管加强了入境限制，但是贾维表示，英国当前状况“远没到”重新实施居家办公等措施的地步，因为实施这类措施可能需要在经济、社会和民众心理健康方面付出“沉重代价”。

Javid said he did not think stricter measures needed to be imposed just yet as social distancing and work from home directives "carry a very heavy price, economically, socially, in terms of non-COVID health outcomes, such as the impact on mental health ".

英国首相鲍里斯•约翰逊27日说，当前防疫新规属“临时性和预防性”措施，三周后将重新评估，正好赶在大部分学校圣诞节放假之前。

At a Downing Street news conference, Boris Johnson described the measures as "temporary and precautionary" - and said they will be reviewed in three weeks' time,  just before most schools break up for the Christmas holidays.

卫健委：防控策略对奥密克戎变异株仍然有效

针对新冠病毒奥密克戎变异株，我国将采取什么样的应对措施呢？国家卫生健康委组织中国疾控中心专家就有关问题进行了解答：

我国的“外防输入，内防反弹”防控策略对奥密克戎变异株仍然有效。中国疾控中心病毒病所已针对奥密克戎变异株建立了特异性核酸检测方法，并持续针对可能的输入病例开展病毒基因组监测。上述措施将有利于及时发现可能输入我国的奥密克戎变异株。

卫健委建议：日常生活中，戴口罩仍然是阻断病毒传播的有效方式，对于奥密克戎变异株同样适用；公众还需要做好个人健康监测；同时减少非必要出入境。

The National Health Commission suggested mask wearing is still the effective way of preventing virus transmission, even for Omicron. It also said that Chinese residents should reduce travel abroad.
