12月13日，巴黎奥组委正式公布了2024年奥运会的开幕式创意方案，正如此前组委会透露的那样，本届奥运会的开幕式将突破体育场的限制，在塞纳河河道及沿河区域内举行。

The opening ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games on July 26, 2024 will be staged on the River Seiney, as the organizers announced the details of the plan on Monday.

这也是历史上首次，夏奥会的开幕式将从体育场“搬到”开放式的城市区域举办。组委会预计，将至少有60万人于7月26日在现场观看开幕式。

For the first time in a summer edition of the Games, the opening ceremony of Paris 2024 will take place outside of a stadium and in the heart of the city. The organizers are expecting at least 600,000 can attend the ceremony alongside the river.
 

在官方推特上，组委会用“最盛大、最触手可得”来形容这样的开幕式。

In a Twitter post announcing the decision, the Paris 2024 organising committee said it would be "the most spectacular and accessible" opening ceremony in Olympic history.

那么，目前组委会又有怎样的安排呢？

据新华社报道，根据组委会的设想，约10500名运动员将乘坐160余艘船只沿塞纳河由东向西入场，从奥斯特里茨桥出发到达耶纳桥共约6公里，途中经过巴黎城区最核心的区域，沿岸囊括了巴黎著名的地标性建筑如巴黎圣母院、卢浮宫、大皇宫以及埃菲尔铁塔等。最终运动员们将来到与埃菲尔铁塔一河之隔的特罗卡德罗花园，在那里举行开幕式最后的环节。

Some 160 boats will transport the athletes, sailing six kilometers from Pont d'Austerlitz to the Pont d'Iena with the river and the capital's iconic monuments like Notre Dame, the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower will serve as the backdrop. The final part of the ceremony will be staged at Jardin du Trocadero across from the Eiffel Tower.

按照组委会的计划，靠近河边最近的区域将划为售票区，稍远一些的外围区域将免费向观众开放。沿河两岸还将树立超过80块巨型屏幕，供现场观众能实时欣赏到开幕式最精彩的部分。6公里的航道给开幕式的文艺表演带来了无限的可能，垂吊艺术、水幕全息投影、漂浮、交响乐等创意均在考虑之列。

While the lower part of the river bank will be subject to ticketing, there will be free access to the upper part with spectators able to see holograms on the water, dancers on the roofs of nearby buildings and aerial shows. Some 80 giant screens will also be installed along the route.

巴黎奥组委主席埃斯坦盖接受采访时表示：“过去12个月里，我们一直在为这一方案努力。这是包括国际奥委会在内的所有相关方共同努力成果，这个方案必定精彩。”

"We've been working on it for the past 12 months, it's the result of a collective effort with the IOC (International Olympic Committee) and all authorities. It has to be spectacular," said Tony Estanguet, head of the Paris 2024 organizing committee.

不过，值得注意的是，埃斯坦盖并没有透露奥运圣火的相关细节，也许这将是开幕式的另一惊喜。

He did not say where the Olympic flame would be lit.
