国家医保局12月3日公布2021年国家医保药品目录调整结果。本次调整中，共计74种药品新增进入目录，谈判调入的67种独家药品平均“砍价”61.7%。新增药品包括肿瘤用药18种，新冠肺炎治疗用药2种。2021年国家医保谈判药品基金测算专家组组长郑杰表示，部分药品高价仍然是很多百姓的负担。郑杰希望通过努力，更多国人可以平价使用好药新药。

The National Healthcare Security Administration  announced on Dec 3 that 74 drugs will be added to China’s national insurance drug list from the year 2022. Eighteen of the newly added drugs are for cancer treatment and two are for treating COVID-19. The prices of the newly included drugs will be reduced by an average of 61.7 percent thanks to price negotiations since October. Zheng Jie, an expert from the administration’s drug negotiation team, said the high prices of some drugs are still a burden  for many people. “Through our efforts, we hope more people in China can benefit from good, new drugs at cheaper prices.”

*Negotiation表示“协商”。“砍价”还可以用动词bargain或haggle。Drive a hard bargain表示 “杀得一口好价”。No bargaining表示“恕不还价”。
