当地时间20日，乌克兰总统泽连斯基接受了美国CNN的采访，称“准备好和普京谈判”，但如果失败，将面临“第三次世界大战”。
 


CNN报道称，泽连斯基表示，过去两年我已经准备好了和普京谈判，“而如果没有谈判，则不可能结束战争。”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Sunday he is ready to negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin".“I’m ready for negotiations with him. I was ready for the last two years. And I think that without negotiations, we cannot end this war,” Zelensky told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria in an exclusive interview Sunday morning.

泽连斯基提到，将利用一切形式、一切机会与普京谈判。但是，如果这些努力都失败的话，可能意味着“第三次世界大战”。

He continued, “I think we have to use any format, any chance in order to have a possibility of negotiating, possibility of talking to Putin. But if these attempts fail, that would mean that this is a third World War.”

泽连斯基还强调，有一些妥协是乌克兰方面不能接受的，比如承认顿涅茨克、卢甘斯克独立以及俄罗斯接受克里米亚。

泽连斯基还于3月21日表示，乌克兰没有被北约接纳，乌方因此需要保持冷静并寻求其他安全保障，而安全保障问题可能涉及乌克兰宪法和现行法律的改变。这些改变可能是历史性的，将由全民公投决定。乌克兰人民必须对某些“妥协模式”发表意见并做出抉择。

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Kiev's compromises at peace talks with Russia would be put to a nationwide referendum in Ukraine. "I explained to all negotiating groups: when you talk about all these changes, and they can be historic, there is nowhere to go - we will have a referendum," Zelensky was quoted as saying in an interview with the Ukrainian public broadcaster Suspilne.

根据乌克兰最高拉达（议会）网站消息，泽连斯基20日签署了延长国家战时状态的法令。根据这一法令，乌克兰战时状态将在3月26日5时30分到期后延长30天。

Zelensky signed a bill extending martial law in Ukraine, the press service of Ukraine's parliament said Sunday. The legislation extended the current martial law for 30 days starting March 26.

据路透社报道，泽连斯基称乌方希望能够在以色列与俄罗斯进行谈判。他说，以色列总理贝内特希望担任调解人，组织乌克兰与俄罗斯间的谈判。“很可能，耶路撒冷是一个能够寻得和平的正确之地”。

Zelensky said on Sunday that Israel was undertaking many efforts to arrange top-level peace talks between his country and Russia and suggested they might take place in Jerusalem. Zelensky said Israel's Prime Minister Naftali Bennett was making concerted efforts to negotiate peace talks between the two countries.
 


另外，他已同英国首相约翰逊达成一致，对方将在七国集团峰会和北约峰会上提出支持乌克兰的具体方案。

土耳其外长恰武什奥卢20日说，俄罗斯和乌克兰在停火谈判的“关键”条款上取得进展，但仍有些问题需要在两国领导层面做出决定。俄方20日表示将开通马里乌波尔的人道主义通道，以有序撤离平民和运送人道主义物资。 



白宫：拜登访欧，没有到乌克兰的计划

20日，CNN援引白宫发言人普萨基的声明称，美国总统拜登计划于周五出访波兰华沙，此前将在比利时布鲁塞尔会见北约盟友、G7领导人和欧盟领导人。普萨基还表示，拜登本次欧洲之行，没有到乌克兰的计划。

Biden was publicly challenged by Ukraine's leader last week to assume responsibility for bringing an end to the fighting.
