随着冬日临近，欧洲各国的能源短缺问题越来越引发关注。而在俄乌冲突后，俄罗斯遭受制裁，部分欧洲国家需要高价进口天然气，这也让他们倍感压力。

马克龙抱怨：

天然气要4倍价格，不够朋友

法国总统马克龙日前在巴黎的一场企业家大会上忍不住抱怨“朋友们”出口的天然气太贵。

“秉着伟大的友谊精神，我们想对美国和挪威的朋友说：‘你们很棒，为我们提供了能源和天然气，但有一件事不能再继续下去了，我们购买天然气的价格是你们出售给自身企业价格的4倍’，”马克龙说，“这可不是友谊的真谛。”

"In a spirit of great friendship, we will say to our American and Norwegian friends: 'You're super, you supply us with energy and gas, but one thing that can't go on for too long is us paying four times more than the price you sell to your industry,'" French President Emmanuel Macron said, "That is not exactly the meaning of friendship."

 

除了法国，德国方面也对能源价格颇有微词。日前，德国副总理兼经济和气候保护部长罗伯特·哈贝克也在专访中暗指美国等“友好”国家以过高的价格向德国供应天然气，借俄乌冲突发战争财。

Germany's Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action Robert Habeck criticized the "excessive" gas prices charged by "friendly" supplier countries, such as the United States.

 

据新华社报道，与德法等欧洲国家因高昂能源账单深陷焦虑形成对比的，则是美国能源供应商所获得的高收益。比如，美国能源巨头埃克森美孚公司称，该公司今年二季度净收入为179亿美元，创下该公司有史以来最高单季利润，远超去年同期的46.9亿美元。

Exxon Mobil Corp posted its biggest quarterly profit ever. The top U.S. oil producer reported second-quarter net income of $17.9 billion, an almost four-fold increase over the $4.69 billion, it earned in the same period last year.

 

据新华社报道，随着西方对俄能源制裁不断加码，加之近期发生“北溪”天然气管道泄漏事故，欧洲国家不得不增加美国高价能源的进口量，未来美国能源供应商攫取暴利的速度还可能进一步加快。

普京：现在球到了欧盟那边

据塔斯社报道，俄罗斯总统普京12日在“俄罗斯能源周”国际论坛上发表讲话表示，俄罗斯将继续使用“北溪-2”剩余的管道向欧洲输出能源。

Russia is ready to start gas supplies to Europe over the single remaining string of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday at the Russian Energy Week forum.

 

他提出，如果欧洲愿意，俄可通过“北溪-2”未受损的一条管道向欧洲供气，其运力为每年275亿立方米，约占欧洲天然气进口总量的8%。俄罗斯已经准备开始供应了。

"Its (the surviving string) capacity is 27.5 billion cubic meters per year, about 8% of total gas imports to Europe. Russia is ready for a start of such supplies," the President said.

普京说：“现在球到了欧盟那边，如果他们愿意，他们可以直接打开管道阀门。”

“The ball, as they say, is on the side of the European Union. If they want it, let them just open the tap," Putin said.
