北京大学最强“扫地僧”刷屏！网友：别说了，我也想去北大当保安

最近，北大保安一系列操作再次冲上热搜，让不少网友惊了↓↓↓

11月11日，在北京大学第一届“争做数一数二的保安员”评选会中，20名保安员进行了现场汇报。

其中，保安小哥焦森自学Python编程，大幅提高了工作效率；许文龙单词量达到一万五，能用英文与留学生流利对话。

许文龙表示：“因为有所学才能真正体会到‘北大保安’四个字真正的含义。”他还透露了以后的打算：明年本科毕业后，希望继续攻读研究生挑战自己。

事实上，一直以来，北大保安被网友称为——“神一样的存在！”

北大保安考上北大

早在1995年，“北大保安高考第一人”张俊成就曾上演“扫地僧”传奇。他通过成人高考，考上北京大学法律系（专科）。毕业后的张俊成，成为山西长治市一所中等职校的校长。

张俊成喜欢讲课，在他的课堂上，他不避讳自己当保安的经历。他说，一个人在社会上处于什么地位，不是别人给的，决定权在于自己。

From security guard to college student, Zhang Juncheng changed his life and is now inspiring students at a vocational school he founded, reported Beijing News.

As the head of a secondary vocational school, Zhang Juncheng does not avoid to tell his students that he used to be a security guard when he was a young man.

据新京报报道，时间倒退20多年，张俊成初中毕业后，没能继续读书，经历了在家劳动、在汽修厂打工等工作之后，1995年5月26日，张俊成来到北大西门，成为一名保安。

在北大西门的岗位上，张俊成一度“迷失”。

当时，制服一穿，站在北大著名的西门前，觉得自己好风光，让人进就进，感觉很威武。张俊成说，“那个时候非常无知、愚昧”。

Back in 1995, Zhang, who had just graduated from a junior middle school in Changzhi, tried different jobs before being hired as a security guard at Peking University.

Standing at the gate of the prestigious university, Zhang was content at first.

"I was ignorant then," recalled the man.

一个偶然的机会，张俊成读到这段文字，它来自《晏子春秋·内篇杂上》。相形之下，张俊成惭愧不已。

他将当时的自己比做晏子的车夫：车夫替晏子驾车，坐在车上的大伞盖下，挥鞭赶着高头大马，神气活现，十分得意。

He only changed his mind after he read a story from an ancient book. The story is about the cart driver for Yan Ying, a famous politician from the State of Qi in the Spring and Autumn Period (770-476 BC). The cart driver was arrogant because he worked for such a big name like Yan.

在北大里另一次特别经历，更是让张俊成肃然起敬。

当时，张俊成正在西门站岗，远远看见一个老人骑车而来，临到门岗前时，老人下车，推车而行。经过门岗，老人点头向张俊成说：“你辛苦了”。这让张俊成受宠若惊，他问师傅，“对方是谁？为什么这么尊重我们？”

师傅告知，这位老人是北大校长。

Another thing also left a deep impression on Zhang's mind. One day on duty, he saw an elderly man riding a bicycle towards the gate. When the man went by him, he nodded and said to Zhang "Thanks for your hard work."

Zhang did not expect such a respect from the man and was amazed to later find out that the man was the president of the school.

而张俊成在北大的学习之路，也有幸得到了几位教授的大力支持。

北大西语系的张玉书教授喜欢拉着这个“脑袋瓜灵光”的保安小伙遛弯。沿着未名湖一圈一圈的散步过程中，张教授给张俊成讲马克思主义哲学、讲黑格尔，并推荐一些书单。

北大东语系教授章学诚对他也非常关心。若干次经过北大西门时，见到张俊成在岗，章教授会上前问最近情况，老教授鼓励张俊成多看点书，“要有人生规划”。

At Peking University, Zhang embarked on his road of learning thanks to the help from several teachers.

Zhang Yushu, a foreign language professor, liked talking about philosophy with the young security guard and recommended lots of good books.

Another professor called Zhang Xuecheng encouraged him to read more and "make a plan for his life".

在教授们的建议下，他开始读书学习。文学、哲学、历史类的书籍，他都爱读。下了班，张俊成就读书，抄书、写日记。当时，保安队有规定，宿舍10点熄灯，熄灯之后，张俊成就只能在被窝里拿着手电筒看书。北大保安队大队长王桂明获知后，特批会议室可延长熄灯，张俊成和几个爱看书的保安一起，从此可以光明正大的学习。

Under the guidance of teachers like them, Zhang started reading diligently. He liked reading literary, philosophy and history books. When he got off work, he read books, transcribed books, and wrote a diary. When the dormitory's lights went out, he continued to read by torchlight under his quilt.

The head of the security guard team later extended the time of lighting in the meeting room so that Zhang and several other co-workers could read at night.

而在保安岗上，还有一次意外遭遇使张俊成备受打击。

当时，7个外国学生要进北大，他们没有证件，按照规定，张俊成没有允许他们进入校园。双方语言不通，僵持了一会儿后，7个老外只能离开。离开前，老外齐齐给张俊成比划了鄙视的手势。

张俊成很气恼，细想下来，他认为是自己不懂英语、没有交流好的缘故。从此开始，张俊成自学英语。

让张俊成没想到的是，他自学英语的情形被北京大学英语系曹燕教授看在眼里。一天，曹燕给了张俊成听课证。“你那么勤奋，那么好学，阿姨帮帮你”。

Another incident at the university struck Zhang.

One day, Zhang blocked seven foreign students from entering campus because they didn't have the right ID cards. Not knowing each other's language, both parties refused to give in. Later, the foreign students left, gesturing to Zhang thumbs-down to show their anger.

Upset at the way things had gone, Zhang reflected on the incident, determining that it was because he did not understand English that the incident had got ugly. So, he started teaching himself the language.

He used his spare time on duty to read and his efforts were spotted by Cao Yan, an English professor at the school. The teacher gave him permits for English class and encouraged him to sit for the national college entrance exam for adults.

从此，北大校园里活跃着一个保安努力读书的身影，不停地在宿舍、西门和教学楼之间奔跑。1995年秋天，张俊成参加了成人高考。不久，成绩公布，413分，超过录取线两分。张俊成被北京大学法律系（专科）录取。

“中国保安出书第一人”

据《南方都市报》报道，1982年，甘相伟出生在湖北广水的一个贫瘠山村。高考时，想考北京大学的甘相伟发挥失常，最终被武汉一所专科学校的法律专业录取。

大专毕业后，甘相伟南下广州，受聘于法律服务机构，算是立住了脚跟，可是心里却始终放不下“北大梦”。

2007年夏天，为心中念念不忘的梦想所牵引，甘相伟终于来到未名湖畔。偶然发现北大有保安学习的传统，对于一些刻苦求学的保安，队里也会尽量安排到适合学习的坐岗和夜班。

甘相伟动心了，第二天就到北大当起了保安。一年后，他通过成人高考如愿考上北大中文系。

Since high school, Gan Xiangwei has harbored a dream of entering the gates of the prestigious and beautiful Peking University.

Gan's journey to Peking University was not a walk in the park. Educated at a rural school in Hubei province, Gan graduated with a law degree from a local college.

He moved to Guangdong province after graduation to work as a legal advisor but his dream of going to Peking University remained.

Finally he realized his dream. He became a security guard at the university in 2007 and a year later, he was admitted to its Chinese language department, after passing the Adult College Entrance Examination.

在北大的四年时间里，甘相伟看了400多本书。他一边站岗，一边听课，直至2012年毕业之际，将自己的经历写成《站着上北大》一书出版，并请时任北大校长周其凤写序。

While most people leave the university with a degree, Gan left with more. He penned his thoughts and experiences during his five years on the campus, known as Yanyuan Garden, in a 120,000-word book, Attending Peking University on His Feet.

甘相伟说：“我之前的这段经历让我相信，人生有无限的可能，每个人都有善于发掘自己的潜力，重要的是有一颗想要学习的心。”

成群逆袭的“北大保安”

在北大保安队，这样的励志者比比皆是。据不完全统计，过去20多年北大保安队先后有500余名保安考学深造，有的考取大专或本科学历，有的考上研究生，有的毕业后当上大学老师。

More than 500 security guards working at Peking University (PKU) have sat for examinations in pursuit of a better education and life over the past 20 years. Some have even acquired master's degrees and become university professors.

《光明日报》评论称：有段子说：每个保安都是哲学家，他们每天反复追问三个哲学终极问题——“你是谁”“你从哪里来”“你要到哪里去”。这个段子能成为段子的一个隐含冲突点就是，保安的低文化层次跟“哲学家”的睿哲精深之间，隔着无数个次元。而北大保安的“成群逆袭”，俨然颠覆了人们对保安的固有印象。

There is a joke that every security guard is really a philosopher because they constantly ask people about their identities, origins and destinations. Yet behind that joke lies a stark contrast between the guards' lack of formal education and their high intelligence. The successes of PKU's former security guards has contributed immeasurably to subverting harmful prejudices.

而这样的例子现实生活中还有很多，从北大保安小哥英语词汇量一万五，到保洁阿姨轻松爬上特警训练绳，再到路过环卫工“一把过”帮助司机侧方停车……近日这些一个个现实版的“扫地僧”让网友拍手叫绝。
