尽管公开行程中未提及台湾地区，但近日美众议长佩洛西亚洲之行的动向仍受到密切关注。

据CNN8月1日报道，据消息人士透露佩洛西将会窜访台湾。

报道称，这一消息来自于美方官员和台湾地区“高官”。CNN援引该消息称，佩洛西将于台湾过夜，但没有透露其抵达台北的具体时间。据台湾岛内媒体猜测，佩洛西或于2日晚间抵达。

美联社此前报道称，对于佩洛西而言，此行将会是她政治生涯的顶点，她不断利用自己在众议院中的地位，打造自己在全球舞台上“美国密使”的形象。

A visit to Taiwan would be a career capstone for Pelosi, who increasingly uses her position in Congress as a U.S. emissary on the global stage.

布林肯：决定完全由议长作出

据路透社报道，美国国务卿布林肯于1日在纽约参加联合国有关《不扩散核武器条约》审议大会结束后宣称，佩洛西的访问将由她自行决定。

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Monday that a potential visit to Taiwan by House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi would be entirely her decision.

此外，布林肯还“倒打一耙”：“如果议长做出决定，中国试图制造危机或升级紧张局势，责任全在北京方面。我们希望北京方面做出负责任的行动，不要做出升级举动。”

"If the speaker does decide to visit and China tries to create some kind of crisis or otherwise escalate tensions, that would be entirely on Beijing," Blinken said after nuclear nonproliferation talks at the United Nations. "We are looking for them (China) - in the event she decides to visit - to act responsibly and not to engage in any escalation going forward."

CNN报道称，布林肯重申了美政府的态度：“我们不了解佩洛西议长的意图……议会是政府的独立平等分支，决定完全由议长作出。”

Blinken reiterated the administration's line that it is Pelosi's decision whether she visits, adding, "we do not know what Speaker Pelosi intends to do."

"Congress is an independent, coequal branch of government," Blinken said at the United Nations on Monday afternoon. "The decision is entirely the Speaker's."

这番言论在社交媒体上引发热议，不少网友认为这是一种“我去你家挑衅但你不能动怒”的强盗逻辑。

中国日报欧盟分社社长陈卫华评论称，“典型的美国作风。明明是佩洛西一直在升级紧张事态。”（Typical US style. It is Pelosi who is escalating the tension.）

当地时间8月1日，白宫召开新闻发布会，美白宫国安会战略沟通协调员约翰·柯比再度就台湾问题表态，声明美国政府的“一中政策”没有改变，“我们说过，我们不支持‘台独’。我们期待两岸分歧通过和平方式解决。”

“We have said that we do not support Taiwan independence.  And we have said that we expect cross-Strait differences to be resolved by peaceful means. ”

赵立坚：中国人民解放军绝不会坐视不管

在8月1日的外交部发言人例行记者会上，赵立坚回应相关问题时表示：

中方近来已经多次向美方表明坚决反对佩洛西众议长访台的严重关切和严正立场，强调她如访台将导致严重后果。习近平主席日前同拜登总统通话时强调，中国政府和中国人民在台湾问题上的立场是一以贯之的，坚决维护中国国家主权和领土完整是14亿多中国人民的坚定意志。民意不可违，玩火必自焚。相信美方已充分了解中方传递的强烈、清晰信息。

The Chinese side has repeatedly made clear to the US side our serious concern over Speaker Pelosi’s potential visit to Taiwan and our firm opposition to the visit. We have been stressing that such a visit would lead to serious consequences. As President Xi Jinping stressed to US President Joe Biden in their phone call, the position of the Chinese government and people on the Taiwan question is consistent, and resolutely safeguarding China’s national sovereignty and territorial integrity is the firm will of the more than 1.4 billion Chinese people. The public opinion cannot be defied. Those who play with fire will perish by it. We believe that the US side is fully aware of China’s strong and clear message. 

我们正密切关注佩洛西众议长的行程。她如果访台，将是对中国内政的粗暴干涉，严重损害中国主权和领土完整，肆意践踏一个中国原则，严重威胁台海和平稳定，严重破坏中美关系，导致非常严重的事态和后果。

We are closely following the itinerary of Speaker Pelosi. A visit to Taiwan by her would constitute a gross interference in China’s internal affairs, seriously undermine China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, wantonly trample on the one-China principle, greatly threaten peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait, severely undermine China-US relations and lead to a very serious situation and grave consequences. 

我们要再次正告美方，中方正严阵以待，中国人民解放军绝不会坐视不管，必将采取坚决应对和有力反制措施，捍卫自身主权和领土完整。美方应该做的是恪守一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报规定，兑现拜登总统不支持“台独”的承诺，不得安排佩洛西众议长访台。

We want to once again make it clear to the US side that the Chinese side is fully prepared for any eventuality and that the People’s Liberation Army of China will never sit idly by, and we will make resolute response and take strong countermeasures to uphold China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, What the US should do is to abide by the one-China principle and the stipulations of the three Sino-US joint communiqués, fulfill President Biden’s commitment of not supporting “Taiwan independence” and not arrange for a visit by Speaker Pelosi to Taiwan.

航行警告！南海、渤海部分海域禁止驶入

据央视新闻报道，海事部门8月1日发布航行警告，南海、渤海部分海域禁止驶入。

来自中国海事局消息，清澜海事局发布航行警告，从8月2日0000时至8月6日2400时在南海部分水域范围内进行军事训练，禁止驶入。

大连海事局的航行警告信息显示，渤海北部，从8月1日1400时至8月4日2400时将在渤海北部部分水域进行实弹射击，禁止驶入。
