当地时间8月17日，美国前总统特朗普接受福克斯新闻采访，再次就阿富汗局势抨击拜登政府，称美军撤离阿富汗后的混乱场面，让美国从未如此丢脸。

“对我们的国家来说，这是一个可怕时刻。在我看来，这些年来我们的国家从未如此丢脸。我不知道你们将其称之为什么，军事上的失败还是心理上的挫折，这里从来没有发生过这样的事情……”

Former U.S. President Donald J. Trump condemned President Joe Biden and the catastrophe unfolding in Kabul, Afghanistan since the weekend, in an interview with Fox News' Sean Hannity on Tuesday.

"It is a terrible time for our country. I don't think in all of the years our country has ever been so humiliated. I don't know what you call it – a military defeat or a psychological defeat, there has never been anything like what's happened here." Trump said.

特朗普将阿富汗危机归咎于拜登，还将其称为“我们国家历史上最大的尴尬(This is the greatest embarrassment in the history of our country.)”。他表示，“不光是尴尬，这还会在未来数年、数十年里影响我们和世界的关系。(This is something that it will affect our relationships for years to come, in decades to come.)”

之后特朗普又扯上了中国，声称中国在目睹塔利班接管阿富汗后“非常开心”，正“嘲笑”美国：“我敢说当中国看着的时候，他们一定乐坏了，正笑话我们呢。(I will say when China watches this, they’re so happy and they are laughing at us.)”



特朗普还在采访中谈及阿富汗喀布尔机场的乱象，说道：“你面对的是成千上万的美国人和其他人，他们被困在阿富汗，处境非常危险……这是你甚至不敢相信的事情。”
"You are dealing with thousands and thousands of Americans and others that are stranded and very dangerously… in Afghanistan. So it's something that you can't even believe."

特朗普还表示，自己对出逃的阿富汗总统加尼从来都没有信心，“我觉得他是个彻头彻尾的骗子”。

Trump claimed he never had any confidence in the now abdicated government of President Ashraf Ghani, saying he is “a total crook”.

之后，特朗普称赞塔利班是一群优秀的战士，并错误地宣称他们已经战斗了一千年。实际上，阿富汗塔利班兴起于1994年。



"The Taliban, good fighters, I will tell you, good fighters. You have to give them credit for that. They've been fighting for a thousand years. What they do is they fight," Trump said on Fox News

But Trump's claim that the Taliban has been around for 1,000 years is erroneous. The organization was founded in September 1994 in Kandahar, Afghanistan.

她说，“不过，美国国内出现这种声音其实也不难理解。遇到问题麻烦不从自身找原因，不努力从根本上解决问题，而是一味对外甩锅推责，这是美国的老毛病。美国的阿富汗政策是否失败，美国的盟友是否还认为其可靠可信，相信大家心中自有答案。”

Instead of looking for causes from within so as to get to the root of the problems, the US habitually takes every opportunity to shift blames onto others whenever it encounters problems. As to whether the US' Afghanistan policy is a failure and whether US allies still think it is reliable and credible, people have their fair judgement.”
