On the Great Barrier Reef, you will appreciate beautiful coral, fat fish, and real blue sky. This year in summer, I came to the Great Barrier Reef to appreciate the true beauty.

　　We arrived at the Great Barrier Reef by boat on a rainy day, but it did not spoil my mood. When I boarded the ship, surprisingly, it appeared a beautiful rainbow in the sky. It was really amazing! After two hours, I finally set foot on the Great Barrier Reef.I couldn’t help running and playing on the golden beach. The silver sand shuttled in my fingers.

　　I got on the boat quickly and listened to the tour guide’s introduction carefully. I knew that the Great Barrier Reef was consisted of 350 species corals, located in the northeastern Australian Coral Sea. It is the world's largest coral reef, which stretches 2000 kilometers. Besides that, it is not only the largest coral reef in the world, but also the home of more than 400 marine animals and 1500 species fishes. That’s no wonder that it is one of the 8 wonders of the world. In 1981, The Great Barrier Reef was listed in the World Cultural Heritage list.The coral is very beautiful and colorful, in which I also watched many species of fishes with beautiful colors.
