近来，有关武汉肺炎疫情的新情况再次引起公众关注，人跟人之间是否传染、与泰国肺炎病例是否相关等问题，都成为焦点。

1月15日凌晨，武汉市卫生健康委员会发布《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情知识问答》，回答了相关问题。



泰国病例

在问答中，武汉市卫健委确认：

“2020年1月13日，泰国报道1例来自武汉的新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎病例。我市高度重视，及时进行调查。该患者为我市市民，现在泰国接受治疗，病情稳定。同时，卫生健康部门对查找到的该患者的全部密切接触者进行医学观察，目前无异常表现。”

此前据新华社报道，世界卫生组织13日发表一份声明说，已收到在泰国确诊一名中国旅客感染新型冠状病毒的报告，并援引泰国官员的消息表示这名患者正在康复中。泰国公共卫生部13日通报，这名中国旅客被确诊感染新型冠状病毒，目前已经在泰国一家医院接受治疗，病情稳定，预计将在未来数天痊愈出院。



The World Health Organization said on Monday that the first case of the new type of coronavirus infection outside China was detected in a female traveler from Wuhan in Thailand.  

The patient is receiving treatment in Thailand. Meanwhile, close contacts with the patient have been put under medical observation and no abnormalities have been detected, according to the Wuhan health commission.

本月初，湖北省武汉市病毒性肺炎疫情的病原体初步判定是一种新型病毒。据央视新闻8日报道，评估专家组在实验中发现一种新型冠状病毒，通过分析从病例中采集的样本，共检出新型冠状病毒阳性结果15例。冠状病毒会引起呼吸道和肠道疾病。

A new virus has caused the pneumonia outbreak in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province, an initial evaluation showed. An expert team found a new coronavirus at a lab after analyzing samples collected from the cases, and 15 of them tested positive for the virus, China Central Television reported on Thursday. The coronavirus can cause respiratory and intestinal diseases.



人传人情况

那么肺炎疫情是否存在人传人情况？有关密切接触者的情况如何？

对此，武汉卫健委表示：

现有的调查结果表明，尚未发现明确的人传人证据，不能排除有限人传人的可能，但持续人传人的风险较低。目前，正结合临床和流行病学资料开展进一步研究。

Limited human-to-human transmission can't be ruled out from the recent pneumonia outbreak in Wuhan, the local health commission said in a news release on Wednesday.The commission said that no clear evidence on human-to-human transmission has been found, but the possibility can't be ruled out. The risk of sustained human-to-human transmission is low, said the commission.
 


在确诊的41例病例中，男性为主，中老年发病人数较多。病例早期以发热和咳嗽症状为主，早期可表现为持续性轻症，年龄较大或有基础性疾病患者，易进展为重症。现有病原学研究和流行病学调查的初步结果显示，大多数病例与华南海鲜批发市场暴露相关，少数病例否认有华南海鲜批发市场暴露史，个别病例曾接触过类似病例。目前未发现社区传播。

The commission said that the majority of all the cases were male, and the number of elderly patients was high. Early symptoms include fever and coughing, and patients with underlying medical conditions could develop severe conditions easily.  Preliminary results of existing etiological studies and epidemiological investigations show that most of the patients are linked to a local seafood market in Wuhan. 

海鲜市场内有发现

卫健委表示：

在华南海鲜批发市场休市后，我市加强对市场环境卫生学的处置，对市场进行了消毒卫生处置，开展垃圾清理、消毒工作。为加强溯源工作，在市场内采集环境标本进行检测。目前，检测结果发现部分样本新型冠状病毒阳性。同时，对其他市场也进行了初步调查，尚未发现与感染来源有关的线索。

The market has been temporarily closed while environmental disinfection and sampling are carried out. Some samples tested positive for the new type of coronavirus. So far, no clue has been found to the source of the infection. 


 
据《武汉晚报》报道， 1月1日，武汉华南海鲜批发市场贴出休市整治公告，根据相关规定以及卫生部门对于肺炎疫情的情况通报，决定对市场实行休市，进行环境卫生整治，开市时间另行通知。此前，根据武汉市卫健委的相关情况通报，部分医疗机构发现接诊的多例肺炎病例与华南海鲜城有关联。

A Central China wet market known for seafood was closed amid a pneumonia outbreak in Wuhan, according to the Wuhan Evening News. A notice posted outside the Huanan Seafood Market said that according to regulations for public health emergencies, the Wuhan Municipal Health Commission's Jianghan district bureau decided to suspend the seafood market's operation to improve its environment and sanitation. The opening time will be further notified.
