现年71岁的英国王储查尔斯，已经结束了隔离期，身体状况良好。上周他的新冠病毒检测呈阳性，随后就一直在苏格兰自我隔离。

Prince Charles, the heir to the British throne, is out of isolation and in good health after contracting coronavirus. Charles, 71, tested positive for Covid-19 last week and had been self-isolating at his residence in Scotland.

 

克拉伦斯宫的发言人表示，在咨询过医生之后，查尔斯于当天（3月30日）解除隔离。

"Clarence House has confirmed today that, having consulted with his doctor, the Prince of Wales is now out of self-isolation," a spokesman said.

据CNN报道，按照英国政府及相关医学建议，隔离期为七天。查尔斯的妻子卡米拉，将继续执行自我隔离措施，因为还要观察她是否会有症状出现。

A self-isolation period of seven days is in accordance with government and medical guidelines in the UK. Charles' wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, continues to self-isolate because she needs to see if she develops symptoms.

上周确认新冠病毒检测阳性时，查尔斯仅有轻微症状。不过由于他近期频繁参与公共事务，所以并不清楚是如何被感染的。包括英国首相鲍里斯·约翰逊和卫生大臣马特·汉考克在内，英国已有多名政要确认新冠病毒检测阳性。

Charles was only displaying mild symptoms last week, Clarence House said when confirming his diagnosis. It was not known how he caught the virus, because of his recent busy schedule of public events. A number of senior British officials have tested positive for the virus in recent days, including the Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the Health Secretary Matt Hancock.

为了支持英国慈善机构Age UK的抗疫行动，查尔斯于当地时间1日录制了一段视频，并由克拉伦斯宫官推放出。这也是他解除隔离后的首次露面。

The Prince of Wales has recorded a message in support of Age UK in response to the coronavirus crisis. The video is the first time appearance Charles has made since coming out of self-isolation after testing positive for the Covid-19.

 

他在视频中表示：“最近确诊感染了新冠病毒，万幸是轻症，我现在已经康复，但是仍保持着社交距离和隔离的状态。”

He said: "Having recently gone through the process of contracting this coronavirus – luckily with relatively mild symptoms – I now find myself on the other side of the illness, but still in no less a state of social distance and general isolation.

他补充道：“我们都知道，（隔离期间）没有家人朋友，正常的生活状态戛然而止，这是一种很奇怪、很沮丧、很令人苦恼的体验。”

Charles added: ‘As we are all learning, this is a strange, frustrating and often distressing experience when the presence of family and friends is no longer possible and the normal structures of life are suddenly removed.

查尔斯称当前状况为“这在我们的生命中是前所未有的，并且令人焦虑。”妻子卡米拉和他会想到在如此艰难时期失去心爱之人的民众，会想到那些经历疾病、隔离和孤独的人。

In the video. Charles described the current climate as "an unprecedented and anxious time in all our lives". He added: "My wife and I are thinking particularly of all those who have lost their loved ones in such very difficult and abnormal circumstances, and of those having to endure sickness, isolation and loneliness."

“英国当前面临严峻挑战，我们意识到生活、商业以及千百万英国民众的福祉受到威胁。”

"As a nation, we are faced by a profoundly challenging situation, which we are only too aware threatens the livelihoods, businesses and welfare of millions of our fellow citizens."

“我们没有人知道疫情何时结束，但是总会结束的。在那之前，让我们都努力带着希望生活，带着对自己对每个人的信念，期待美好时刻终将到来。”

He continued: "None of us can say when this will end, but end it will. Until it does, let us all try and live with hope and, with faith in ourselves and each other, look forward to better times to come."
