近日，某博主在社交平台分享的一组切尔诺贝利“打卡”照，引发争议。

 

便服打卡，博主引争议

 

该博主大约有9万粉丝，10月21日的时候曾上传自己在切尔诺贝利的旅游照片，称其来到“世界上最危险的旅行地之一”，期间手机信号时有时无，“盖格探测仪的警报声此起彼伏，几处辐射量高达30+μSv（微希沃特）”，并“徒步三天两夜，穿越普里皮亚季小镇”。

 

 

A Chinese online influencer attracted controversy after posting travel pictures wearing normal clothes in Chernobyl. Last Thursday, a blogger with over 90,000 followers said on Sina Weibo that she had hiked for three days inside Chernobyl, where the mobile phone signal was sometimes unavailable. The blogger attached a set of pictures from the site.

 

照片中，该博主身穿便服在几处废弃建筑物前留影，包括著名的核“石棺”。这一组打卡照很快引发网友热议。有网友质疑“为什么不穿防护服”？便服出现在切尔诺贝利可能给他人造成误解、吸引更多人无防护前往 。

 

Some netizens in China expressed concern that the pictures may attract more visitors to go to the site of the nuclear disaster. "Why didn't she wear a protective suit when taking those photos?" read one comment. "This behavior should not be encouraged as it may mislead many to believe that the area is safe now."

 

该博主在评论区也对网友的质疑做出回应，解释说大部分时间穿着防护服，只在辐射数值低的地方穿便服拍了照片，也有协议告知相关事项。也有网友在评论区表示博主的照片拍得不错，增加了自己对切尔诺贝利的了解。

 

 

目前，该博主在的新浪微博账号显示因被投诉违反相关规定，现已无法查看。

 

昔日禁区，今重新开放

 

1986年4月26日，位于乌克兰北部靠近白俄罗斯边境的苏联切尔诺贝利核电站4号机组突然爆炸，大量强放射性物质泄漏，酿成人类和平利用核能史上最严重的事故之一。核事故直接污染核电站周围6万多平方公里土地，320多万人受到核辐射侵害。普里皮亚季城因此被废弃。发生爆炸的电站第4号机组完全被毁，后被水泥封死，称为“石棺”。爆炸发生后，当时的苏联政府以4号反应堆为中心，将30公里半径内多数区域划为禁区，撤走居民11.6万人，并把该区域用封锁了起来。

After the nuclear accident in April 1986, around 116,000 people that had been living within 30 kilometers of the number 4 reactor core were evacuated and later relocated, according to the World Nuclear Organization (WNO).

 

据中国日报此前报道，从2011年起，根据乌克兰政府的决定，切尔诺贝利核电站事故地区对普通游客开放。虽然游客越来越多，但这并不意味着辐射危险完全消失了。当地旅行社也表示，尽管如今切尔诺贝利的辐射水平有所下降，指定的参观路线是安全的，但是游客仍需遵守相关安全规定。

 

Since the abandoned area was opened to tourists in 2011, there has been an increasing number of visitors. But radiation risks remain. Local travel agencies claim that as radioactivity levels fall over time, and with cleanup operations being staged at Chernobyl, short visits along designated routes are safe, but tourists must follow safety regulations.

而随着美剧《切尔诺贝利》在2019年的播出，这里吸引了更多随旅行社而来的游客。路透社2019年6月报道称，该剧2019年5月播出后，乌克兰当地一家旅行社5月以来的预定量增加了40%。

 

When the US series Chernobyl was broadcast in 2019, the popularity of the show prompted more people to look into visiting the site with travel agencies. Reuters reported that one of the agency's booking orders increased 40 percent after the show.

 

 

而在此前，已经有很多人通过电视节目、游记、甚至是电子游戏看到了普里皮亚季的模样。

《中国青年报》曾报道，2019年，乌克兰当地旅行社推出了切尔诺贝利一日游或两日游套餐，只有成年人可以报名参团。游客需要签署一份声明，承诺会身着长衣长裤，不触碰隔离区里的任何物品，皮肤不与地面、草木、建筑有任何接触。

 

China Youth Daily reported in 2019 that local travel agencies have introduced short group trips to Chernobyl. Only adults are allowed, and they are required to sign a statement saying they will wear "long coats and long pants, and promise not to touch anything within the area."

 

有些游客会花上10美元，买一个计数器，随时测试辐射值。越接近隔离区的核心，计数器的数值越大。个别地点，数值会激增到几百微希沃特/小时。另有游客回忆，在巨大的“石棺”面前，他们中的每一位都会被向导反复提醒，再往里靠近，辐射将增强。

黑暗旅游，猎奇与道德

 

除了有关安全和辐射等因素，另一个问题“黑暗旅游”也引发关注。“黑暗旅游”即那些和死亡与悲剧相关的景点，而切尔诺贝利就是黑暗旅游最著名的景点之一。

国家地理杂志网站曾关注过黑暗旅游，并称之为“当悲剧遇见旅游”。这篇文章发出疑问：诸如奥斯维辛、世贸大厦遗址以及切尔诺贝利等地迎来越来越多游客，刺激“黑暗旅游”发展。但是这属于窥私猎奇还是富有教育意义的？

 

  

比如在切尔诺贝利事故30年后，依然有不少人深受当年核泄漏的影响，有很多人永远失去了自己的家人朋友。

 

美剧《切尔诺贝利》的编剧Craig Mazin曾在社交媒体发文：如果你去了切尔诺贝利，请铭记那里发生的悲剧。举止行为请尊重那些因此罹难、为之牺牲的人们。

 

Craig Mazin, the American screenwriter behind the show, tweeted: “If you visit, please remember that a terrible tragedy occurred there. Comport yourselves with respect for all who suffered and sacrificed.”

 

 “黑暗旅游”的景点大多有如同切尔诺贝利一般的悲剧事故，游客该如何“打卡”一直是个问题。

 

2019年2月，在威尼斯双年展中，其中一个项目展出的是2015年4月18日事件中的沉船，成百上千的移民和难民遇难，而这也成为了展览上最受欢迎的自拍地点之一。《卫报》的评论家称之为“可耻且令人不快的奇观”。

In March, the museum at Auschwitz tweeted a plea for greater respect from visitors, illustrating its comments with photos of people balancing on the former Nazi concentration camp’s railway tracks.

 

奥斯威辛博物馆写道：“当你来到奥斯威辛博物馆时，请记住这里曾有超过100万人遇害。尊重他们的记忆，有更好的地方可以学习如何在平衡木上行走，而不是在象征着成千上万人被驱逐直至死亡的地方。”

 

 

“When you come to @AuschwitzMuseum, remember you are at the site where over 1 million people were killed. Respect their memory. There are better places to learn how to walk on a balance beam than the site which symbolises deportation of hundreds of thousands to their deaths,” the museum said.
