英国《金融时报》19日援引消息人士的话称，美国众议院议长佩洛西计划于今年8月率领代表团窜访台湾地区，“以表达对台湾的支持”。如若成行，这将是25年来美国众议院议长首次窜访台湾。

此前，佩洛西原计划于4月窜访台湾，后因新冠病毒检测呈阳性，其窜台计划被搁置（戳这里回顾）。

据报道，佩洛西一行还计划同时访问日本、新加坡、印度尼西亚和马来西亚，并在夏威夷美“印太”司令部总部停留。

 

Pelosi and her delegation will visit Japan, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. The lawmakers will also spend time in Hawaii at the headquarters of the US "Indo-Pacific" command.

 

《金融时报》报道称，目前，佩洛西办公室尚未证实此次访问计划，而白宫拒绝就国会的出访计划置评。

 

Pelosi’s office would not confirm if the Speaker was planning a visit to Taiwan or any other countries in Asia. The White House declined to comment on congressional travel plans.

 

外交部：美方不得安排佩洛西访台

 

 

19日，外交部发言人赵立坚主持例行记者会。路透社记者引述《金融时报》的报道提问称，美国众议院议长佩洛西拟于下月访问台湾。中方对此有何回应？

 

“Financial Times reported that US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi plans to visit Taiwan next month. How do you comment about this? ”

 

赵立坚回应表示，中方已经多次就此表明严正立场。中方坚决反对任何形式的美台官方往来。美国国会是美国政府的组成部分，理应严格遵守美国奉行的一个中国政策。如果佩洛西众议长访台，将严重违反一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报规定，严重损害中国主权和领土完整，严重冲击中美关系的政治基础，向“台独”分裂势力发出严重错误信号。中方对此坚决反对。

 

The Chinese side has repeatedly stated its stern position on this. We firmly oppose any form of official interaction between the US and the Taiwan region. The US Congress is part of the US government and supposed to strictly adhere to the US’s one-China policy. If Speaker Pelosi visits Taiwan, it would seriously violate the one-China principle and the stipulations in the three China-US joint communiqués and harm China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. It will have a severe negative impact on the political foundation of China-US relations, and send a gravely wrong signal to “Taiwan independence” separatist forces. China firmly opposes such a visit.

中方要求美方恪守一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报规定，不得安排佩洛西众议长访台，停止美台官方往来，停止制造台海局势紧张因素，以实际行动履行美方不支持“台独”的承诺。

 

We urge the US side to adhere to the one-China principle and the stipulations in the three China-US joint communiqués. The US must not arrange for Speaker Pelosi to visit the Taiwan region and must stop official interactions with Taiwan, stop creating factors that could lead to tensions in the Taiwan Strait, and follow through on the US’s commitment of not supporting “Taiwan independence”.

 

赵立坚表示，如果美方一意孤行，中方必将采取坚决有力措施，坚定捍卫国家主权和领土完整。由此造成的一切后果，必须完全由美方负责。

 

Should the US side insist on doing otherwise, China will take strong and resolute measures to safeguard its sovereignty and territorial integrity. The US must assume full responsibility for any ensuing consequences.

 

国台办回应：停止任何玩火行径

针对美国众议长佩洛西可能于8月窜访中国台湾地区，国台办发言人朱凤莲19日应询表示：

 

关于佩洛西计划窜访中国台湾地区，我们已多次表明严正立场。我们坚决反对美台之间任何形式的官方往来，坚决反对佩洛西窜访台湾。美国一些国会议员一段时间来在台湾问题上屡屡采取挑衅言行，支持怂恿“台独”分裂势力，为民进党当局的谋“独”行径站台说项，其目的就是打“台湾牌”，企图“以台制华”，阻碍中国的统一进程。我们敦促美国国会一些人认清台湾问题的重要敏感性，认清“台独”分裂行径的严重危害性，停止在台湾问题上打牌、挑衅，停止对“台独”势力的纵容支持，停止任何玩火行径。

 

朱凤莲强调，民进党当局靠勾结外部反华势力谋“独”，无论以什么名义采取什么形式，其下场只能是失败。
