本月以来，美国已4次击落“不明物体”，引起不少美国媒体猜疑与炒作。继2月4日，美军出动F-22战机，击落因不可抗力误入美国上空的中国民用无人飞艇后，在之后的几天里，美军又先后击落了北美上空的三个“不明物体”。

 

据美媒报道，当地时间16日，美国总统拜登针对近期美军击落三个不明物体事件发表讲话，称没有迹象显示这些物体与“间谍气球”相关，有可能来自私人公司。

 

 

拜登称，美方暂时不清楚三个物体具体是什么，但是与他口中的“中国间谍气球”没有关系，也不是来自其他国家的监视设备。这是拜登在相关事件之后的首次正式讲话，他还表示情报部门目前的评估是，三个物体可能是私人公司、娱乐活动或者研究气象及其他科学用途的气球。

 

“We don’t yet know exactly what these three objects were but nothing right now suggests they were related to China’s spy balloon program or that they were surveillance vehicles from any other country,” U.S. President Joe Biden said in his first formal remarks on the objects shot from the sky last weekend over Canada and the US. “The intelligence community’s current assessment is that these three objects were most likely balloons tied to private companies, recreation or research institutions studying weather or conducting other scientific research.”

不过CNN等报道称，白宫和五角大楼方面一直对于相关问题的回答甚少：这些“不明物体”到底是什么？从哪里来？做了什么事情？

当地时间2月14日，白宫表示，美军近日击落的三个不明飞行物可能是用于商业或研究，是无害的（tied to some commercial or benign purpose）。

 

 

不明物体究竟是啥？白宫内部会议的录音其实也有说法。根据福克斯新闻网的报道，白宫国土安全顾问舍伍德-兰德尔在电话会议中告诉官员们，“没有UFO，没有外星入侵。这有点好笑，但也不好笑，因为人们在广泛使用的平台上交流这些内容，引发了不必要的恐慌。”

 

"There are no UFOs. This is not an invasion of the aliens," White House Homeland Security Adviser Liz Sherwood-Randall told governors on the half-hour call. "I mean it's funny, but it's not funny, because people are communicating this on platforms that are widely viewed, and it's creating fear that is unnecessary."

2月16日，针对美国国会众议院通过所谓“中国在美领土上使用高空气球决议案”，全国人大外事委员会发表声明。全文如下：

 

美国国会众议院近日通过的所谓“中国在美领土上使用高空气球决议案”刻意渲染“中国威胁”，纯属恶意炒作和政治操弄。中国全国人大对此表示强烈谴责和坚决反对。

 

中国是一个负责任的国家，一贯严格遵守国际法，尊重各国主权和领土完整，无意侵犯任何主权国家的领土和领空。中国民用无人飞艇误入美领空完全是一起因不可抗力导致的偶发、意外事件，对美国人员和安全不构成任何威胁。中方本着负责任的态度，第一时间向美方和国际社会介绍了情况，要求美方以冷静、专业、克制方式妥善处理。但美方执意动武，蓄意造势，严重违反国际法精神和国际惯例。美国国会一些政客更是借题发挥、煽风点火，充分暴露了他们反华遏华的险恶居心。事实上，肆意干涉别国内政、侵犯他国主权，对别国大搞监视活动的恰恰是美国。

 

构建相互尊重、和平共处、合作共赢的中美关系，符合两国人民根本利益，也是国际社会的普遍期待。我们强烈敦促美国国会尊重事实，尊重国际法精神和国际关系基本准则，立即停止对华污蔑抹黑的错误做法，不要采取导致事态升级的举动。
